Canberra mums was set up to connect expecting, new and experienced mums in a space which is non-judgmental and offers support. It is a space to discuss amazing products (or the not-so-amazing), services worth raving about (or ones to avoid) and sharing cool ideas and inventions which make mums life just a little bit easier.
We just want to remind our Mums that we encourage all forms of motherhood - and your way of parenting, as long as it is full of love and care for the safety and security of your child, is welcome here. We do not encourage any discussion that is biased to any type of parenting, nor do we allow Mums to speak disrespectfully to each other or other members of the community. We promote encouragement and respectful discussion to aide fellow mums in the most difficult (and rewarding) job of motherhood. Please make sure to respect the race, religion, sexual orientation or lifestyle of other mums and Canberrans, and take care not to insult individuals with biased, prejudiced, or defamatory comments.
